Asian Fusion in T'town mall, Vancouver?

grayelf Apr 4, 2009 08:27 PM

Bussing through Chinatown on Thursday, I glimpsed a new-to-me resto in the northeast corner of Tinseltown mall (going east on Pender). It had kind of a generic name with the words Asian fusion on the windows. Lots of red inside but that was all I saw as we steamed on by. Anyone know what I'm talking about/been?

I did a Google and found Kentizen Fusion Lounge....which is part of the group that also owned the ill-fated Pan2 Fusion Grill. Sounds like a pass.

I was driving by today...it is called "East" Fusion. Nary a detailed review in cyberspace.

That's it, fmed -- definitely too generic a name to be memorable. I was wondering how long it had been there. I'm all for more action in that mall as it always seems half empty.

Hmmmm. I don't think Tinseltown area is a place to find good fusion Rest! Is that Rest called Wild Rice or something! That's a place for rip-off! I'm surprise it's still there! Have you tried Banana Leaf in Broadway? I think this one is a good fusion place to try!
