        <content>Help Chowhounds! It's been ages since I made this and I can't remember how I did it. Switched to eating boneless skinless breasts, but I used to make a simple delicous roasted breasts....
I saw the non recipe recommendation on chowhound, and didn't like it....I never did a pre searing in pan with this...I remember just putting it in the oven, but don't remember the temp or time, or how I got that locked in flavor of lemon and rosemary.........
