Lake Charles, LA - Fantastic Crawfish!

...is where all the locals go for crawfish. They're spicy and delicious, served on big platters. The boiled shrimp are very fresh and tasty also.
We also had popcorn shrimp (excellent), red beans and rice (very good), boudin balls (novel but a bit starchy) and crawfish étouffé (passable).
The boiled crawfish and shrimp, though, are well worth a trip.
