        <content>I have been interested in experimenting with rose water for a while.  I would llike to make myown, though.  Anyone have a recipe for it?  If not, anyone know where I could procure some in or around Chicago?  </content>

All you need are clean rose petals. If you don't feel up to it I've found it in China Town before, but it's far cheaper up on Devon street.  Otherwise, I'm fairly certain Whole Foods would carry small bottles.</content>

      <content>Rose water is widely used in Indian cooking.  I don't know for sure whether they have it there, but the biggest and most complete grocery store for Indian specialties is Patel Brothers at 2610 W. Devon Ave.</content>
