Banana Burger
1029 Stuyvesant Ave.
(Union Center - near intersection with Morris Ave)
Union, NJ 07083 (Union County)

This is a fun place to go if you are in the area...

Here's the ingredients to the "house burger," the Banana Burger:

Bread, Hamburger, Mozzarella, Potato Sticks, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Corn, Banana and Mayo

It's a lot of fun. The place also has some Brazilian dishes.

Not gourmet, just in the vein of really fun fast food.

Have you tried the burger? Certainly sounds interesting.

The Banana Burger is a perfect example of theory vs practice.

This brazilian restaurant had about 10 seats at a counter and a few tables.

Kind and helpful people explained everything on the menu.

In addition to the Banana Burger they offer several different empanadas and fried pastries, the Romeo and Juliet - Guava Paste and cheese pastry caught my eye as well as the heart of palm pastry.

Lots of free parking and found many other great quick bites in the area.
      It was a great adventure!

          Thank you for asking.
          I love food - I love life - I love learning!
NJ is small so you can't get lost!
Also love driving in large random circles - it keeps me very busy and out of trouble!
Found out the Romeo and Juliet Pastry mentioned above is a traditional Brazilian Pastry called a Pão de queijo.
