Family Birthday Dinner -

  • 3

So it is tradition in my family to have the birhtday person to choose where to eat when we celebrate a birthday. It is my birthday - so it is my turn to pick where we eat.

I LOVE food! There I said it. I also like good service. I like to try new things, while my family is not adverterous at all.

Cost is not an issue, but I dont believe that there is a need for the cost to be more than $40/$50 a person, as liquor will not be an issue in the bill.

I think I want fish - not sushi ( while I would love it - I know my audience). Ideally, the place would be in West LA, which is defined as BH, Westwood or West Hollywood.

We will be 6 people. The place needs to be wheelchair accessible. The dinner is planned for a Sunday.

Where would you send me?

Thanks in advance!!

  1. Providence is probably out of your price range (that would be my #1 choice for fish), but a strong second in your budget would be Hungry Cat. Happy birthday!

These were going to be my first two suggestions as well. Can't go wrong with either.

    2. Try Matteo's in West LA....your bill wont be bad at all...their sole milanese with a lemon caper butter sauce is my absolute favorite thing there....oh my god so good...and really cool atmosphere
