ISO Kishke in NoVA

My tzimmes recipe calls for kishke. In Boston, I had no trouble finding it. I don't even know where to begin here. A Google search yielded nothing of value.

Wegman's is advertising "Meat Mart Glatt Kosher" kishka in their frozen foods section.

Chutzpah deli in Fairfax has kishka. I find it to be pretty tasteless compared with what I grew up eating in RI, but it might suffice for a recipe.
