Easter Sunday in Lisbon

My flight arrives in Lisbon on the morning of Easter Sunday. Will any restaurants be open, and of those, are there any you recommend for lunch or dinner? Thank you!

This might be tough as most places are bound to be closed. Where are you staying? Perhaps from there I could list more places and you could even email ahead to your hotel or restaurants to find out some options.

Thank you for the suggestion. We are staying at a small place about a kilometer NW of the Castle of St. George. I'd welcome any more suggestions.
