Celebrating a relatives birthday this weekend. Diabetic. Looking for a "healthy" sugar-free and most of all TASTY cake in Miami-Dade County.

Ooohhh, I understand the dilemma, my sister is diabetic, but I think for many of us here the words "healthy" and "cake" are a contradiction in terms unless they have the words "slice of" in between them! ; )
( honestly, when I've been in that position I've had to bake it myself...)

I think Lorenzo's in North Miami sold "Atkins Cheesecakes", which I believe is sugar free? See if something can be ordered from a bakery? Try Publix, you may be surprised.
