    1. i don't really have an answer for you, but i have noticed that a lot of places are really focusing on the bad economy and advertising "deals".
      target has a "feed X for only Y!" type ad campaign right now, so i bet a lot of the local restaurants will be on board with this trend as well.

          Doesn't sound like a great deal, but they aren't usually open on Sundays.
