North shore restaurants like Bin36

Any suggestions for a restaurant in the North Shore or North suburb (skokie, wilmette, lake forest, highland park, northbrook, deerfield, glenview) that is similar to Bin 36? I love the wine flights and the cheese selection there as well as the more unique entrees. I dont want the usual fare - caesar salad, french onion soup, chicken sandwich, grilled salmon- that you can get everywhere.

Stained Glass in Evanston is just what you want. Wine flights and food that is a bit more upscale but good.

Yup - great recommendation! Incidentally, the name of the place is derived from a glass used for wine, not the type of stained glass used in architecture and churches.
