I've heard that RioMar and Rambla are both very good. Which do you prefer?

Any other tapas suggestions?

Rambla is a very interesting and good restaurant. Rio Mar, when they are on, is very excellent. I have some apprehensions about the tapas explosion in America in general. Traditional tapas in Spain involves eating one or two things at a place and moving on, they really arent designed for a full meal. New Orleans, with its amazing environs, and walkable neighborhoods would be perfect for a tapas dining excursion.

Rambla the croquettas should not be missed, neither should the empanadas and the patatas bravas at Rambla are the best in town.

They're both good, but Rio Mar has other options while Rambla is just tapas. If I had to pick one, I'd go with Rio Mar.

RioMar. Great tapas and incredible ceviche.
