Leftover agnolotti filling

I made this white corn agnolotti last night: http://www.fineliving.com/fine/entert.... In case you were wondering, it was my first attempt at homemade pasta and it wasn't pretty. Hopefully it'll be edible tonight once I cook it, but it looks a little like stepped-on microwave pizza snacks. Anyway.

I have a lot of filling left over. Around 2 cups, I'd say. Any ideas as to what else I could use it for tonight? I'm bringing the agnolotti to a potluck and it'd be nice if I could just supplement it with more (store-bought) pasta tossed in the filling like a sauce, but does that work? Help!

PS. My arms hate me right now. I swear I kneaded that dough for years.

It might be interesting as a stuffing in chilis relleno. Or even baked in between grilled vegetables. Or in a vegetable lasagna.

Nice looking recipe - how does it taste? And pasta just takes a tad of practice. Since yours are filled, a small recommendation - ensure that the air has been pushed from the pasta and the sides are sealed. Have a great meal(s)!

Either freeze it, make lasagne or get wonton wrappers and make ravioli and freeze them.
