I'm not sure that other restaurants in town do "pig" the way Au Pied de Cochon do it.

I think "La Salle à Manger" on Mont-Royal make their own charcuterie.

For some good (but minimalistic) charcuterie and cheese plates and (very) good wine selection, a few places like "Bouchonné", (fairmount st. ) "La Buvette Chez Simone" (parc ave.) and probably "La Grange" (on mcgill)

Pop also makes their own charcuterie.

Da Emma in old Montreal has an amazing Roast Suckling Pig .
