That's not an area I'm very familiar with, but know of one place, and have heard about a few more: Big Momma's might be a bit north, but if you like southern style chicken salad sandwiches on homemade rolls, you have got to make the drive. The best in town IMO: http://www.bigmommasrolls.com/ I haven't been myself but have a good report about El Cipote for Salvadoran food. They're on Longview east of Blue Ridge. I've also heard good things about Guadalajara Cafe on 103rd near State Line. Then, there is Red Snapper north on Ward Parkway, very popular spot for southeast Asian food.
Welcome to town!

There is a very good Middle Eastern place, the Olive Cafe, at 95th and James A. Reed Rd. It's actually on James A. Reed about a half block south of 95th. It's void of "atmosphere", but the food we had was terrific. I enjoyed talking to one of the owners about different items. He was quite nice.
