myrnas mediterranean...order from the stamford location for take out, for dine in, eat at the greenwich location...the vegetarian platter is excellent...also the kebobs..love their kibbe and taboule salad...excellent baba ganoush

i also love the arabic chicken shwarma platter from laylas falafel in stamford. get it with the lentil rice, you will not be disappointed. comes with garlic sauce for dipping..home made i saw them dump it out of the cuisinart..its def fresh...but your breath will stink for days!! all worth it though!!!!

I don't want to recommend what to order, because everybody's taste is different, but I can recommend these three places as I have enjoyed many meals at them...
Sesame Seed, Danbury-Casual, fun, sit down restaurant

Hanna's Restaurant/Market, also in Danbury-small restaurant attached to a middle eastern market. Great place to go if you are looking to have something to eat, as well as do some shopping!

Jules Mediterranean, Monroe-more upscale than the ones in Danbury, very clean!

I second the Hanna's recco! It's a fantastic place! If you are interested in obtaining Middle Eastern ingredients, this is a great place for that too.

Hanna's and Myrna's (both locations) are very good. Hanna's, if i remember correctly, has a better selection of lebanese wines. Myrna's in Greenwich is the nicest of the three spaces.

I have been many times and I am bored with them, and the space isn't that important as it is authentic good and clean food, want something outside of Stamford, greenwich etc, I think that Danbury seems to have more down to earth real Mom ans Pop places. If you have any suggestions please let me know, thanks
