For Tonight: Help on an After Dinner Tea/Dessert in Monterey Park

Looking for a decent place that's not loud and that a larger, picky older party can walk into without waiting that has tea and (homemade?) desserts.

I was looking at Cha4tea and Half & Half but am not sure if they'll be too crowded.
