Coral Springs-Argentine

Coral Springs has a, unforunately, a hidden secret- an excellent family Argentine restaurant callede "Che Boludo" run by a Uruguyan who grew up in Argentina with his Peruvian wife.

Food and wine excellent- the mixed grill- parillada mixta excellent- blood sausage (morcilla) and the Argentine sausage (chorizo) out of this world as also their empanadas.

Impressive menu, reasonable priced in modest surroundings. We had white Uruguayan wine for the first time and couldn't believe how good it was.

There are Peruvian dishes prepared by the wife-papa a la huancaina, anticuchos and others, all excellent.

They are located at 11010 Wiles Road, Coral Springs between Coral Ridge Drive and Coral Springs Drive. (954-346-5379).

This was a jewel and Id like to get others' opinions on the place. CS needs more places like this that are reasonable priced and excellent food.

I'm surprised that others haven't commented about this restaurant. A good friend of mine brought me there (he's Argentine) and i was absolutely in love with the food. The same gentleman brought me to The Knife in Sawgrass but i liked this place much more and the price was very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food.
