Name of local meat house - Columbus?

Please help me remember the name of a local meat house south of downtown and not far from I-71 (I believe it is west of I-71). My recollection from when I lived in Cols years ago is that they make their own bacon and, I think, sausages. Finally found it the last year when I was passing through, but their hours to the public are limited. I will be in Columbus next weekend and really hope to stop by when they’re open. Thanks for any help you can provide.
