There are two that I am aware of (Have to figure out how to use the post button) In any case have been to Sushi Cruise - Edgewater NJ for lunch.
Beautiful views of NYC and 1.00 per piece but the whole conveyor belt thing was funny. I was excited like a kid (I get that way) and the conveyor belt was just around the bar. I had to keep getting up from my table to get my plates, they only put one piece of sushi on each plate and I order lots of sushi LOL. Oh and the sushi was ok.

The other one is East Japanese Restaurant in Teaneck but have not made it up there to date.

If anyone knows a sushi restauranteur who would like to set up a conveyor belt sushi establishment future forward in the central NJ area for our entertainment and dining pleasure they need to think out of the box. Think perfect Sushi (all within health codes) riding lightning loops around the restaurant before arriving to our table.

No, The belt was contained to the sushi prep area which sat about 25 to 30 people max at the bar itself and 4 cubbys on the ends of the bar , If memory serves me right, the majority of the dining room was waiter service, Perhaps another 100 seats. I could not find any pictures of East or it's belt.
