Early-ish breakfast, FQ/CBD?

Niki in Dayton Mar 27, 2009 06:26 PM

I appreciate all the answers to my previous questions, but have another. Any recommendations for an early-ish (8, 9, thereabouts) breakfast place near the FQ or CBD on weekdays? EAT doesn't open until 11:00, and we eat breakfast earlier. Of course one morning will be Cafe du Monde, but I function better with a healthier start :-) And any specific reccos for early brunch on Sunday? We have an early afternoon flight so will need to eat and check out fairly early. Thanks again.

Cheers,
Niki

We really liked Clover Grill. It's kind of a diner type place. I think it's on Bourbon.
