Key Lime - Durum Flour Siting + General Food Nerding

Was in the Allston Super Stop and Shop the other day. That place is huge. Unique
clientele too. We are definitely not in Wellesley.

Picked up a product that seems to have met my Durum craving: Hodgson Mill
"Golden Semolina and Extra Fancy Durum Pasta Flour." Which is a little
odd. I have researched the difference between Durum and Semolina and the only
difference is the fineness of the grind so technically you can't be both.
Ingredients list: Unenriched golden semolina & extra fancy durum wheat
flours. The box also suggests using it in cookies, weird, and says "Whole
Grain" which is totally impossible because both Semolina and Durum are only
made from the wheat endosperm, no bran, so... anyhow I am way nerding out.

That said, this is essentially flour, not coarser semolina, so I think I
scored. And it was only $3 for 2 pounds so.

They also had a big selection of Hodgson Mill products. I am a HUGE fan of
their stone ground cornmeal for pancakes and corn bread. At $1.89 for two pounds, they had white and yellow, I bot yellow, an awesome bargain and a great product. Used to carry it at Super88.

Onto the key limes, big nice mesh bags for $3. I am sure Whole Paycheck has the
same, perhaps organic or whatever for $14.50 ;-).

The key lime daiquiri I am currently slurping is a great salve for a long week.
