I don't get out to brunch much, so am no expert. That being said, I've really enjoyed the King Eddie's brunch in the past for special occasions. It's a lovely room and has a vast expanse of yummy food options. It's a buffet (which I'm not typically enthusiastic about) but a good one. I don't know for sure, but would assume that they'd have an Easter brunch (Sunday only though, I expect).

Annona in the Park Hyatt does a very nice brunch, at least they did 2 years ago. I would give them a shout. You definitely need a reservation. Upon leaving, they sometimes present you with a little gift from the kitchen like a jar of perserves, which I think is a really nice touch.

Globe Bistro is serving a 4-course prix fixe Easter brunch from 11 to 3 on Sunday for $29. They've also got a special Easter kids'menu that includes treats from Easter bunny.

Here's the menu, looks yummy -
