Vege NYC hound living in Marburg and visiting Heidelberg

Hallo! I am working in Marburg in Hesse for two months and also visiting Heidelberg (staying in Aldstadt) and Mannheim this weekend. I am vegetarian, meaning no meat and no fish, but I do eat dairy and eggs. Given that, I love food! Any recos on vege-friendly GOOD places to eat in either place? I'd like to try traditional places, if possible.
