Palm Springs: Bachelorette Party Dinner for 11

Can anyone suggest a fun but nice restaurant in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area for a Bachelorette Party dinner? I'm looking for some place that has good food and a fun atmosphere. Nothing too casual, and no chains, preferably. Thanks!

When are you going? If it's soon you could still do this as it won't be too hot! Our group had a private cooking class set up at Copley's on Palm Canyon in their courtyard and that was a lot of fun. We had wine and learned some dishes and then got to eat what the chef cooked. Something different to do!

I have had a large dinner at Roys in Rancho Mirage. They can arrange a custom Menu for you and your guests and offer wine as well. They will work around your budget. They can make it a lot of fun.
