Looking for service that will deliever food for a take out resturant

My partner's birthday is today. I am in St. Louis and he is living in El Cerrito. I would like to have dinner delivered to him. He loves Cafe Raj in Albany http://caferajonline.com/ but they only do dine-in or take-out. In St. Louis we have a third party service that will pick up food from a restaurant for you and deliver it to your home (for a fee of course). Anything similar in the East Bay?

Other suggestions? Courier service or Taxi service that would be willing?
