Anything good to eat for lunch today around 27th and 5th?

My Time Warner Cable box exploded for the second time in six months, and I'm going to shlep it down to the Greenwood Heights/Sunset Park office to exchange it. Any good places to grab a bite in that area to compensate myself for this drudgery? I've never been to that particular area of Brooklyn.

There's nothing right there, since that corner is at the edge of the cemetery in a mostly industrial neighborhood. But, as stated above, what I believe is NYC's only Slovakian restaurant, Milan's, is a few blocks north at 22nd St. The bodega at the corner of 23rd and 5th makes pretty good tortas, but there's nowhere to sit there.

Also as noted above, a few blocks south on 5th, in the 40s, is Brooklyn's main Mexican strip, which also has many Central/South American places as well. A search here should give you some idea of places to go down there. I always liked Tacos Matamoros near 45th St. back when I lived around there.
