Just curious--

What is everyone's favorite Thai restaurant in St. Pete and why? Any particular dishes that stand out?

Thanks for any recs!

It's not in St. Pete "proper", but I love Talay Thai on Gulf Blvd. in Redington Shores. I always enjoy dining on the beaches, and Talay Thai has a cozy ambiance, great prices, excellent food and an AMAZING crab soup.

Would have said Lanna Thai but we had a very disappointing meal there yesterday. We haven't been there in a long time so I don't know if it was indicative of decline or an isolated incident.

I had garlic & black pepper beef and my husband had the boneless crispy duck. Neither was very flavorful.
