Which Paris neighborhood for food?

These are the three areas we are considering to stay- Our goal is to have convenient breakfast options (boulangeries, patisseries) in walking distance and possibly an open air market close by sometime while we are there (Thurs-Sat). We will be exploring other neighborhoods throughout the days and evenings, but having lived in cities, we recognize that not all neighborhoods have access and options for breakfast and markets.

Option A: Close to Bastille metro in 11th arr
Option B: Close to Anvers metro in 9th arr
Option C: Close to Hotel de Ville and Rambuteau metros (east) in 4th arr

Thanks in advance!

    C is inferior to B and A.

There is an excellent market on one of the spoke streets coming out of Place de la Bastille most mornings of the week. This area would also be within walking distance of the excellent cafes and restaurants of the Marais. Though it has been awhile since I lived there, I seem to remember there being branches of both Paul and LeNotre boulangeries on St Antoine near the Bastille - of the three neighborhoods listed, this would definitely be my choice.

I thought the Bastille Market was on Thursday and Sunday only?
