Dried grilled skate wing

I love the stuff and the only places I know of that I can get this is at Aburiya and Taisho. Does anyone know of any other restaurants that serves this? Also, does anyone know where I can purchase the dried skate wing from? I've checked Mitsuwa before and couldn't find it.
