Low Cal Hot Chocolate Mix

I like drinking a packet of hot chocolate in the mornings, but don't want to be saddled with all the calories that typical instant h.c. mixes have. I recently bought the Swiss Miss No Sugar Added hot chocolate packets (60 calories). I really am not impressed with the taste - very artificial. I doubt any low cal hot chocolate packets can really taste that good given that it has to be made with artificial ingredients to keep calories down...but there's got to be something better than this.
I'm sure that if I made my own, I could find something that tastes better, but I'm more interested in finding pre-made mixes that I can just pour into a coffee cup.

Can any of you recommend any better brands of low calorie instant hot chocolate?

Chocolate Malt Ovaltine has 80 calories in 4 tablespoons (one serving), though I don't know if you can mix it with water. I am sure you could try it. I nuked some ghirardelli semisweet chocolate chips in a mug of milk over the weekend (PMS+terrible week!), and it was actually really good. If you're heating your liquid anyway, this wouldn't take any extra time.

But again, I don't know if you can do this with water and get the same results. Are you using milk or water? I assume the latter since you're cutting calories, but you never know (hence my two suggestions)...

Personally, I'd drink the good stuff (dark chocolate, which I don't think is too sugar-saturated) and cut my calories elsewhere! :) But I also know that we're all funny about these things. Good luck with this!

This has been my latest treat:
      40 Calorie Almond Soy milk
      3 packets splenda
heaping teapsoon of ghirardelli (unsweetented) cocoa powder

Using the better cocoa powder makes all the difference in the world!
