Fork or Farmicia?

Has anyone been to Fork since Terrence Fuery has taken over the kitchen? Anyone been to Farmicia lately? Thoughts for a birthday dinner? Need easy access to 95 and parking for older folks. Thanks.

Love Fork. In fact, I love it so much I had my rehearsal dinner there. Farmicia, I only go to for desserts. The food is so hit-or-miss and the service is sometimes lacking. The desserts are always good, though. I've never had a problem during any of the many times I've been to Fork.

Fork. A big one at that. Farmicia is not even in the same league if you ask me.

farmicia has great, simple food, I think, but it can be a bit boring. Fork is a little more interesting, and a little more fun too.

Ate at Fork about a month ago and had a very good meal from start to finish. Notables were duck confit app and scallop entree but everything was good. Service was top rate and atmosphere is very nice. I would highly recommen Fork though I have never eaten at Farmica (and to be honest, have never had the desire to). Fuery is excellent with seafood, and obviously with other things as well.

AFAIK Fuery is still there and going strong.

I think LaBan's updated review of the Fork (with Fuery) is coming out on Monday. If it's going to be a positive (and it looks like it will be), I suggest getting there before the review hits the streets.

Fork is the place to go!!! I had a wonderful dinner there last Friday night. The charcuterie platter was incredible. I also loved the scallop entree and tried a number of delicious desserts. The service was great and the cocktails perfectly made. You get a lot of high quality food for the money so bring a big appetite.

I'm not a big fan of Farmacia and have been there a number of times for work lunches. The service is usually super slow.

It's been awhile since I've been to either, but both times I've been to Farmicia I left disappointed (lacking service, not terribly memorable food). Fork was solid -- great service, good (if not terribly imaginative) food. Fork gets my vote.
