Gibraltarian cuisine - does it exist in restaurants anymore?

lambretta76 Mar 23, 2009 01:53 PM

Are there any restaurants in Gibraltar that serve Gibraltarian cuisine, or is it now limited to household cooking?

I'd love to try some fideos al horno, rolitos, or the "national dish" of Gibraltar - calentita.

I'm so intrigued. I'll be spending some time in Gibraltar next year, but have never been and know nothing about the food. I certainly hope I get the opportunity to find out about all the dishes that you mention! Maybe you'll find answers on the UK board?
