ISO Sports Bar Specials for March Madness - Vancouver

I'm not a televised sports fan, so I'm a bit out of my element here. Can anyone recommend a good bar/pub in the downtown area to watch March Madness? Preferably one that has drinks and food specials?

We spent yesterday at Yaletown Brewery, which was good for the specials but tanked on atmosphere, TV game viewing and service!
Any help would be appreciated. As it's game time, we're looking for good, solid pub grub and as most of the games are televised EST time, happy hour or all day drinks specials are a bonus!
