Anyone Been to Smith's Since New Chef (Doug Psaltis) Took Over?
We used to frequent Smith's regularly before Doug joined the kitchen and have a few fairly indifferent meals and wanted to get the input of other CH'ers who may have eaten at Smith's pre-/post-Doug. Happy to share my thoughts but you can see a previous post for what we thought was good (pre-Doug; http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/598354) and let's just say our last meal didn't really hold a candle...thanks all.
