Private dining 10-15 in Boston (not Cambridge)

All - I've already read through dozens of posts on this board but still need help finding the right private dining location in Boston (not Cambridge.)

I will have 15 people max on a Thursday or Friday night in early May. I'm looking for private, or even semi-private dining if it's quiet enough. Price isnt the main issue. Looking for something cool and hip. I dont want a traditional, "old Boston" dining establishment.

I have calls into Pops, Rocca and Gaslight based on feedback from other posts on this board. Silvertone's room is too big. I read lots of good suggestions on this board for Cambridge (Salts, Sandrine, Small Plates) but I really want something in Boston. Also looked into Clink but the space just didnt seem right.

Currently I'm looking into a sit down dinner but I'd be open to lots of apps and drinks if the space was right.

The 15 people attending the dinner are coming together for the first time - all new business associates -- so it's not like I'm planning a family get-together or graduation dinner where we have a dynamic of young and old guests to accommodate. ALooking for impressive and funky, yet quiet enough for business conversation.

Thoughts?

I'm a fan of Sel de la Terre. Both locations in town can do private functions and the food is excellent.
