My wife and her friends go regularly for their Happy Hour. And Costco sells their gift cards at a 20% discount (2x$50 cards for $80).

Typical chain restaurant. Small portions. Below average service.
As some one else noted Mitchell's is much better, well actually IMO Mitchell's is light-years better and they have two locations in Columbus.

I can speak for the M&S in Columbus, which, by Columbus standards, is actually not too shabby! I will gladly take M&S over the Ocean Club any day. The seafood is as fresh as can be (again by Columbus standards); menu changes twice a day if that means anything. Ambiance is quite nice, although I'd advise NOT going during lunch time or peak dinner hours unless you want to scream across the table in order to be heard. Service is polite and unpretentious, but then again, who you get as your server makes all the difference.

Another good alternative to M&S is Columbus Fish Market.

The seafood chain's name is McCormick & Schmick's. www.mccormickandschmicks.com I can't speak for the Columbus location. But I've eaten at their locations in several other cities. It's decent; the fish is fresh and the preparations are good. In my opinion, the very best chains for seafood are the Oceanaire (which does not have a location in Columbus) and Mitchell's Fish Market (which is based in Columbus). I've heard a few locals criticize the Cameron Mitchell restaurants, but I don't know why; I've eaten at MFM in three different cities and I've been tremendously impressed by all of them. McCormick and Schmick's (and also Bonefish Grill, which has a location in Dublin) are good, but I like Mitchell's (and the Oceanaire) significantly better.
