Fermented in stainless steel using indigenous yeasts, held on the lees for 12 months, and weighing in at 13 percent alcohol by volume, the wine is light, pale, almost colorless, bright and clean; the bouquet is lush and yet focused, with accents of lime zest, minerality, and light floral notes, yet there is – for Albariño – a profound depth of flavor and richness on the palate, all the while retaining a firm backbone of acidity, while the flavors linger through the long (again, for Albariño) finish.
