I got some from her on Saturday too (she was in front of Moon Pie at 3rd & C at about 11:40 for those trying to track her). My bf thinks she uses a little too much masa, but hey, her masa is really good (and moist). These are big tamales! I preferred her green pepper/cheese version to the pollo verde (which was a tad dry, but not horrible). They have a little kick too -- didn't need to add salsa at all. So glad to have found her this time!

Was giving a "heads up" that the woman who makes them was seen and tamales bought and eaten on the spot.

Thanks, I would have run down there myself to buy some but I read the post too late. Please keep posting! I'm closer to 2nd Ave, and I think she works her way East on Saturdays, but I'm not sure.
