Spanish/Tapas restaurants in Denver

I'm looking for a great Spanish/Tapas restaurant in Denver. I'll be there next week with my sister, and would like to take her to a Spanish restaurant. (We tried to do this during a vacation in NY and its the one thing we didn't get to :)

A small item in Penny Parker's Denver Post column today noted that Zaidy's Deli downtown is morphing into Zaidy's Fusion Grill with tapas and Mediterranean fare. Pastrami tapas on party rye, anyone?

Yeah, Westword mentioned that too. Not sure what to make of it. But I love Zaidy's so I'll give it a whirl.

I believe that Solera has or had a tapas menu, but I've never had anything from it. If you are willing to come to Boulder, The Med and The KJitchen (upstairs) do a pretty good job w/ tapas too.

I'd agree with "solid." I don't think it's remarkable. So far as I know, though, it's the only game for anything even vaguely like "real" (whatever that means, as usual) Spanish cuisine in town. There's a place called Soleil but it isn't strictly Spanish, more broadly Med. And there are small-plates joints all over, but most are contemporary American/Eclectic.
