Cold sesame noodles?

Hey all:

I'm looking for a good recipe for cold sesame noodles. Years ago, in NYC, a restaurant called Little Szechwan had the best cold sesame noodles I've ever had: the sauce wasn't thick, it was light, spicy, and really delicious.

Does anyone have a recipe that might compare?

This thread may help, although some of the recipes might be a bit richer than you are looking for. You can cut the richness by adding more water and chicken broth.
