Good Cookbook on Venetian Cuisine?

I've tried to find a good, authentic cookbook that covers the unique foods and cuisine of Venice but can't seem to find a good one. Does anyone have suggestions or recommendations?

I'm particularly interested in chiccetti and seafood. If I can't find a good cookbook, pointers to either a website or even recipes would be fabulous.

Thanks in advance and much appreciated!

"The Harry's Bar Cookbook" by Arrigo Cipriani is not the definitive Venetian cookbook but is a wonderful compendium of food served at the restaurant as well as evocative descriptions of Venice. When I'm feeling particularly impoverished or blah, I leaf this book, remembering trips and meals that I enjoyed in Venice.

Quirky illustrations but actually specific in terms of ingredients, recipes and locale: "Venice and
      Food," by Sally Spector. 1998.
