Wild Boar in SEA?

I am looking for wild boar shoulder in Seattle. Negative from B&E Meats in Burien, Whole Foods, and University Fish & Poulty only has tenderloin, possibly a roast. ....can I use a roast for WBRagu?

Depends on the kind of roast. If it's a loin, I wouldn't do it. Sirloin might work.

You might also check Wooly Pigs at the U-district farmers market. It's not wild boar, but his pork will be much closer to wild than most.
