MotherSauces Cooking School- Minneapolis
Do you guys have any idea what happened to MotherSauces Cooking School on Lyndale? I got a gift certificate from them last year, and was all set to use it this past weekend (I had a private cooking class set up with them and everything). We arrive on Saturday to a darkened store front and a phone number with a full mailbox. Since then, no one has been picking up the phone and their website seems to have gone dark. Any leads? This has not only been a complete waste of money (I'm hoping I wasn't scammed, but frustrating at best).

Mother Sauces cooking school has gone dark. Just as someone e-mailed me a question about it, I got another e-mail with details on the availability of the commercial space. So, bummer if you are holding any gift certificates, but rejoice if you are looking for a 2,500-square-foot, commercial-grade kitchen and retail space.

Oh dear! What a disappointment. I emailed them a month ago and did get a response after several days, but it wasn't was you'd call super speedy. http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/5952...
