Tacoma great dining

Looking for a very good romantic dinner out this weekend in Tacoma. "Fine dining" not necessary (but not out of the question either), just want excellent food. Seafood, boullibase would be a plus. Read old posts about From the Bayou, but does anyone have recent experience with this or any other place?

    1. From the Bayou changed hands and isn't the same. Two suggestions: Maxwell's Speakeasy (near downtown Tacoma) or Marzano's in Parkland.
