<content>Fifty cents to a dollar, apparently, at least at Ray's Hell Burger. I was looking at the list of the "named" burgers while today guzzling my perfectly medium rare burger with pepper jack, mushrooms, garlic, and grilled onions (didn't cut it in half, bun didn't fall apart) and I noticed that nearly all of them were priced half a buck higher than if you ordered the same thing as components. A few examples:

Soul Burger Number One - $9.95

- Burger - $6.95
- Bacon - $1.50
- Swiss cheese - $1.00
- Sauteed mushrooms - $0.00
- Grilled onions - $0.00
Total by components - $9.45

New Jack Zing - $8.95

- Blackened/Cajun burger - $6.95
- Pepper jack cheese - $1.00
- Jalepenos - $0.00
- Grilled onions - $0.00
- Sauteed peppers - $0.00
- Roasted garlic - $0.00
Total - $7.95

And the bargain (unless "Swiss and Vermont White Cheddar Cheeses" is half one and half the other):
Let's Get It On - $9.95

Burger - $6.95
Bacon - $1.50
Swiss Cheese - $1.00
Cheddar Cheese - $1.00
Mushrooms - $0.00
Grilled onions - $0.00
Sauteed peppers - $0.00
Roasted garlic - $0.00
Lettuce &amp; Tomato - $0.00
Total - $10.45

I can't believe I spent about 15 minutes typing all of that!

<content>You probably could've earned a burger in that time (ordered by component of course)

: )

Thanks for the tip and sleuthing.</content>

      <content>I noticed that there too.

Its the same as a lot of places though, you're paying a premium for not being able to come up with something delicious on your own. Americans just aren't too creative ... except in ways to make money off those who don't ask questions lol.</content>
