What should I order at Blue Hill?

Going this weekend -- looking for suggestions of what to order. I eat everything.

If you are in the mood for chocolate, get their chocolate bread pudding for dessert. it's one of their staples and it is wonderful.

edit: they also change their menu seasonally and frequently, so it's tough to keep track with what to order. However, they do have staples that are on year-round, or variations of a staple (chocolate bread pudding being one of them). Regardless, I've always had an excellent meal at Blue Hill.

For a private party, we had an eleven fresh herb salad or something like that with tons of delicious mushroom underneath mixed greens. It you see something like it on the menu, order it!
