parsnip mushroom risotto

this dish came out so well, i had to share. i used the parsnip rosemary risotto recipe from epicurious but made some changes:
- We only had 3 parsnips
- We added about 2 C of chopped mushrooms
you really should follow the suggestion to drizzle balsamic vinegar on it before eating, too. it's amazingly yummy.
