[MSP] Who serves marrow?

Since reading Michael Ruhlman's blog about the fantastic marrow at Lola in Cleveland, I've had a hankering for it myself. I think that the Red Stag used to serve it, but it's not currently on their menu. It looks like they tweaked the menu a bit since their recent change in chefs.

So, who in the cities is offering us that treasure of the bone these days?

P.S. I have no desire to make it myself...so please don't suggest a trip to the butcher! ;>)

    1. I'm not aware of anyone serving only marrow, but Osteria I Nonni serve Osso bucco (veal shank with the marrow included).

Good luck on your quest. Please report back if you find a place.

        1. I was just at the Red Stag about 10 days ago, and I swear I saw it on the menu. I would try calling them.

I'll stop by today. I was just looking at the online menu, which looks updated to me. Thanks.

I called Red Stag and was told they've just taken it off the menu, that it was a winter themed item.

                  So, I'm still looking!
