Tomato Broth
I am looking for a recipe for making a tomato broth, vs. a tomato sauce. I usually have had this type of broth in a seafood dish that would be in a bowl, with clams, fish, crabmeat, mussels shrimp and a delicate and somewhat sweet tomato broth. the broth would be the consistency of chicken or beef stock, but would have a light tomato flavor and have an understated sweetness to it,

You might try this one: it has some kick to it, but you could leave out the peppers.
